Write to the desk
Corrections get read first and fixed fastest. There is no form here, because there is nothing behind a form to receive it.
Email [email protected]. That is the whole contact mechanism: there is no form on this page, no newsletter box anywhere on the site, and no address collected from you for any purpose.
What is most useful to send
A stale price is the single most valuable message this desk receives. Vendors change pricing pages without announcing it, and this site's figures were all read on 24 September 2026, so by the time you are reading them some will have moved. A link to the page and what it says now is enough.
A tool that should be on the board and is not. Say what it does that the ones here do not, and what it charges. Tools without a verified partner programme are welcome — several already appear, and they are labelled as paying nothing.
A disagreement with a score. The rubric is published on the about page precisely so it can be argued with. If a weight is wrong, that is a better conversation than whether a number should be 7.4 or 7.8.
What will not get a reply
Guest posts, link insertions, paid placements and sponsored reviews. Nothing on this site is for sale, including the order of the board, and the affiliate arrangements that do exist are set out in full on what pays for this board.
Requests to remove a factual statement about a product will be read, checked against the vendor's own page, and answered — but a figure that the vendor publishes stays on the site.
Response time, honestly stated
This is one person, not a team. A correction to a price usually gets fixed within a few days because it is a one-line change. A longer question may take a couple of weeks, and occasionally does not get answered at all, which is the honest thing to say rather than promising a turnaround nobody is staffed for.
